Bay State Softball Academy prides itself in the development of young female athletes. We work closely with our players to enhance their skills, teach them new techniques and help them grow as baseball players. Our coaches provide practical advice that promotes proper techniques.

The personalized attention that each ballplayer receives should be on display once the player takes the field. This basic philosophy prepares our students for real game experiences, which results in greater enjoyment and appreciation of the game of softball.

Bay State Softball Academy has over 10,000 sq. feet of indoor training space. Our students can view their progress in the batting cage or pitching mound in our Video Training Room, where our coaches will work closely with their players to fine tune specific skills
