Erica hails from Scottsdale, Arizona where she was a standout pitcher at Chaparral High School. Throughout her high school career she had the opportunity to train with Arizona State University pitching powerhouse Erica Beach and quickly became a force to reckon with on the mound. In her senior year (2004) Erica was co-captain of the Chaparral Firebirds and was named 4A Pitcher of the Year and earned First Team All State honors. She also earned Second Team All State honors from 2002- 2003.

After high school Erica attended Tufts University in Medford, MA. Erica is a 2008 graduate of Tufts where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in two majors- International Relations and Spanish. As a member of the Tufts University softball team she was a double threat as both a hitter and a pitcher. Erica earned All NESCAC honors from 2005-2007 as well as All Region NFCA honors in 2007. She was also named to the 2007 All Tournament team during regional play.

Erica has a lot of experience on both sides of the game and is very excited to share her knowledge and advice with younger players looking to take their game to the next level.
