Tessa Paolini

Tessa is from Buffalo, New York where she was a standout catcher at Lancaster High School. After her junior and senior seasons, she was named First Team All-State, as well as the recipient of the Lancaster High School Female Athlete of the Year Award.

After high school, she attended Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, but transferred to Villanova University to compete in the Big East Conference. Tessa is a 2006 graduate of Villanova, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. As a member of the Wildcats, she earned valuable playing time as a utility player and was named Co-Captain of the softball team before her senior season.

In addition to her many years of playing the sport, she also has assistant coaching experience at the Division II & III levels, and has taught many clinics and private lessons along the way. Tessa is currently at Boston University finishing her Master's Degree in Health and Sport Education, and is excited to be a part of the Bay State Softball Academy Team.
