Jen is an experienced softball player and coach, who is focuses on teaching players of all ages basic fundamentals, proper mechanics and good technique in their softball development. As a former player and current coach, she has a solid understanding of the game, how to motivate and teach players, and how to help develop good sportsmanship, healthy competitive and a love of the game.

Head Coach - Girls Varsity Softball
Rebuilt a softball program, showing improvement year over year. Highlights include: 700% improvement from year 2009 to 2010 - from 0 wins in 2009 to 7 wins in 2010, including a berth in the D3 MIAA state tournament  Qualified for D3 MIAA State Tournament in 2010 and 2011
Provide instruction for softball fundamentals in all areas of the game
Offer clinics throughout the year for youth players, grades 2-8, and for coaches
Focus on teaching proper techniques for basic throwing, field and hitting
Give basic pitching and catching instruction
Attendance is over 30 youth players per session
